Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and any protective film or tags originally attached.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received at our service center, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece; upon approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
